很显然，新型智慧城市的理念构画，对于推进新城市人迅速融进城市生活，提升我国城镇化品位，具有重要的推动作用，而在已经拥有了充分发展的互联网技术以后，将白皮书描绘的蓝图落实到现实之中也就具备了重要的物质基础。
