继2021年11月，新干世业管理的3亿元规模的医疗大健康基金（源聚丰）完成募集后，2023年2月，新干世业管理的数字创新基金(浙丰宏胜)也宣告完成募集，并于2023年4月初完成第一期出资，基金总规模3亿元。数字创新基金由浙报集团、百大集团、辽报集团等机构于2021年7月发起，后得到浙江省出版集团、杭州市文投、富投发等机构的认可。
在数字经济是当前经济增长核心驱动力、数字经济将成为经济持续增长的关键动力的判断下，数字创新基金在成立开始就确立了以数字技术和数据安全为底座，以产业数字化和数字社会化治理为两翼的投资方向。随着近期“十四五”数字经济发展规划、全国政务大数据一体化体系、“数据二十条”及“数字中国”的一系列政策出台，更坚定了数字创新基金围绕数据价值为核心在数字经济领域深耕的信心。
自2020年下半年起，新干世业本着“稳健规范、精准集中、深度服务”的投资理念，陆续在新能源（车）、职业培训等产业的数字化领域进行了投资；在数据安全和数字治理方向进行布局；并结合新技术的出现和新消费方向，实现在XR及与数字世界息息相关的硬件领域的突破。
